New Instagram account. Help

Hello everyone,

I have a question. I want to start an Instagram account targeting the USA. Do you think I need to get a new phone with an eSIM from the USA? Should I use a new phone and connect to Wi-Fi from my home in Greece while using a USA VPN? Or can I use my old phone, which already has 5 Instagram accounts on it? I need to know if I should buy a new phone for this account.
