Hey all, been a lurker but now trying to get into it.

I've been working for the Mag 7 for about 11 years as a SWE/AI-Engineer. Finally got around building my own thing which has surprisingly good conversion but terrible lead generation. Had to swallow the hard truth, that without marketing your product is essentially doomed.

I'm interested in operating in niche tech communities, simirlar to team blind. Any tips would be appreciated.

Good problem to have—strong conversion usually means the product resonates. I'd focus on becoming a genuine contributor in the communities where your target users already hang out instead of leading with promotion. Share what you're building, lessons learned, and technical insights. People are much more likely to check out your product if they already find your posts valuable.
