This is something extremely simple, and I'm sure that most of you have already installed a Framebreaker on your adsense sites, but there may be a couple guys that don't. I just feel that this thread will result in at least a hand full of people earning a few extra dollars a day/week just in case they've overlooked the fact that a google image hit can convert!

My first experience with this was last year when I noticed that I got around 100 google image visits a day on one of my sites, and installed a framebreaker (Java scripts framebreaker plugin for WP), and instantly saw a rise in clicks.

Q: What does a framebreaker do?

A: If you search for something on google, and click on an 'image', you'll notice that you pretty much just see the picture (in a frame) that was taken from a certain website (with the website in the background). If the website installed a framebreaker, then any click on an image from their website will break the frame around the image and the user will simply be directed to the site, where they can see the adsense ads.

It will take you 2 minutes to do, and if your site gets Google image traffic, it's definitely worth it.

    Good luck!

    Does AdSense TOS allow this?

And does it affect how well or poorly current images and future images rank?

I don't see why not. You're pretty much just redirecting the user from your image that they clicked on to your site.

    I haven't experienced a change, so I'm just assuming it doesn't.

I don't see why Google disallows a lot of different things, but they do. That's why so many people get their accounts banned without knowing why.

Have you been paid a few times while using this method?

Yes. I've had framebreakers running for over a year, I just thought it was too practical not to share on here just in case people haven't already done it.

As I said, I don't see why this would be against adsense TOS, because it has nothing to do with adsense, you're just making people see your full site instead of just the image.

If anyone else has some sort of proof that this is against adsense TOS, please share, but so far so good on my end.
