New Google update reduces organic listings from 10 to 8.5. Just heard this. Is it true?

Interesting enough... Now seo providers can charge more for first page rankings... Lots of opportunity with this to make a lot of money. :)
Well it would be the same difficulty to get to number top 3. And the top 3 are the only ones that really matter

I would disagree. Someone on the second page would also disagree. Got to get to the top 8 to even be on the first page to be seen.

Getting to the first page is harder. But getting to the top3 or even the top 8 Is that same difficult.

Because the top 8 sites will still be the same.

Of course top 3 spots are more valuable, but let me ask you...Do you think Google will be increasing the cost of ads now?

My only point is the top 8 sites will stay the same and Wil still be the same difficulty to get to the top 8. Being in #9-#10 is not that good if your targeting low search volume terms like 0-10000
