New Feature Paypal Invoicing In Personal Accounts?

I see an email from Paypal regarding making an invoice and sending link via personal account, and in that one there is an area for adding logo and name/email and phone. Plus there is a text which is clickable which says edit info so if you edit that info will it ask for reverification with ID etc?
Anyone tried this?
