New Facebook Layout - Prevent News Feed Posting

Hey guys I created a new facebook account for marketing (black hat) purposes and am joining "add me" groups. Anybody know how I can prevent this information from publishing in peoples news feeds. When I add new friends I dont want them knowing im joining "add me" groups or im guessing theyll think my profile is fake.. Thanks!

Click the down arrow to the right of "Home" top right hand corner.
Choose Privacy
Choose Custom
Drop Down Menu
Choose "Only Me"
