    Hello guys.

I really need ur suggesting in this.

I am willing to open a blog about hot trends but the problem is I am confused with the domain name.

Is it better to create a new fresh domain or to make a sub domain in my very 10 years old .com domain that i use it for my flash games site ?

My old domain just a 3 random words does not have any meaning in it.

The reason why im asking because you know that aged domain has its golden value in serp and it will help me with my duplicated content but dos it still effective when making a sub domain?

    any harm with it?

I seriously doubt there's any harm in it. It sound to me like it would be a good thing to do.

I would probably just go buy a new old domain though.

The older domain will give you a slight advantage.

A sub domain will not reap the benefits of the root domain anyway so I would buy a new one.

I would buy a new one also since you can full your url with keywords that you are targeting.

The old domain will give you more advantage. The words in the URL are irrelevant. If the old site contains good content, then you will be able to rank pretty easily for moderately competitive keywords.
