Are there any new changes take place in SEO more specifically in on-page or off-page.

Is there any new link buildin techniques introduced by Google or still the same old techniques are on like posting forums, social bookmarking, directories and blog comments.

How can i came to know if Google made the changes..are there any sources which Google recommends.

You should be keeping your ear to the ground...

1. Watch what Google and the major search engines are doing.

2. Watch what all the latest product launches are talking about....if you see a trend of many different guys talking releasing products for the same thing, that usually means it something that's hot right now.

3. Read BHW This place is one of the best for keeping tabs on what's going on.

I think Linkwheel Is newest Technique but it also getting old day by day

Ok.

Link wheels are nothing new.

They have been around for quite awhile now. And yes, using the traditional link wheel style is getting harder to rank with.

This is exactly what I mean when I say you need to keep a close eye on what's happening.

Traditional link wheels have been becoming less effective for a while now, yet so many people don't know this.
