twitter, go around and find profitable traders. Some will share even their trade and a lot have groups on telegram. It's a small world, so once you know who is one person, they will talk about another and so on. All the latest good coins like Myro etc were shared early in these groups. Also once you identify someone you can use tools like zerion to track whale wallets etc

Be careful, as there are lots of scams in the market, do your own research before trusting anyone. There are also tools to filter new coins and upcoming fundraising events for new cryptos.
