I sent a email to neverblue asking for changing my payment method into paypal and here is the reply I got from them :

"95% of their logins are coming from USA when they live in india, is there any explanation for this? Once we have an explanation for the US login IP?s, we can consider the PayPal request. Thanks and let me know if there are any questions on this."

In fact, i moved to US 6 months back due to marriage but i have to send the money to my india account. How can i explain to them so that they approve my paypal request ?

    Any suggestion ?

I just wonder if they will approve it or not as they may think I am trying to move my profit abroad and avoid tax?

Whether you pay your tax or not is not of their concern, that is your problem. So go tell them the truth.

I hear from 2012 Paypal will show all accounts that generate over $20,000 p.a. automatically to the I.R.S. Anyone else heard about this? A way around it?

well regardless the IRS is only in united states since they are a registered company in USA. now if they have that for Indian accounts then that's a whole different story.

The way paypals going, it'll go down soon, I'm sure there are other payment systems which are growing, 2010 is the year for them to take over Paypal, IMO.
