    Hey,

I'm looking for a network that allows offline advertisement!
I need one that has weight loss products, such as Acai Berry.

At Hydra they don't like offline advertisement, at all!

I really need it! Does Market Health allow? I'm going to contact them about it

I'm also interested in CPA networks that will allow offline advertising. I'm looking for networks that offer all sorts of offers however, not just health.

CPABullet allows offline advertisement. But I think they do more kiosk advertising.

Um....hello? This is BHW. Black Hat... It doesn't matter what they 'allow'. What matters is what we're going to tell them. Tell them you got them some different way.

Most networks will probably allow it.. Hydra is an oddball. Steve from MB said it is cool on MB. It would probably be fine even if you didnt ask your AM, considering so many people blank refs without any questions anyway. But you might as well be upfront with your AM so they dont worry where you type in traffic is coming from. Plus your doing offers that need CC, so there really isnt a questions about whether your leads or legit or not.
