[Networks] Searching for a partner to create a CPA network.

I guess I'll start the thread off by apologizing for any of my English fails, because I have been awake for almost four days straight now and I don't fully understand some of the things that I am about to explain. So, I guess I'll provide you with a small "About me". My name is Chris and I'm 19 years of age. I've been an computer addict since the age of 9. I have a really strong passion for programming and I am hoping to use this little "marketing scheme", for lack of better words, to put myself through school to obtain a degree in computer science.

Enough of that.

What I'm looking for is somebody that has experience with CPA Networks. The goal is to create a website that allows users to take Surveys in exchange for credits, at-least this is the "Bare-Bones" of it, however there is a catch. I'm going to be editing this system so it's different from the standard "Make Money" sites that you see floating around all of the time. Instead this isn't going to be a "Make Money" site, albeit a Client oriented web-site for payment methods using CPA.

While I am still picking up PHP/HTML and I don't have a very large scale of graphical skill to put together a fancy web-page, I'm sure that a basic HTML Layout will do just fine until we get everything going. I don't really want to explain too much on the matter, or that completely ruins the point of keeping quiet about it until it's released.

I've noticed some of these Join Ventures are asking something of you, like an up-front payment, or something a-long those lines, however, I'm just looking for a partner. I'm looking for someone that has experience with CPA that can help me bring my idea to life. I have sat down and thought about this for weeks on end, brainstorming, trying to figure out the best way to do it. Thinking about how the call-backs would have to be processed in order to have a Client <-> Client System flowing beneath us to allow for mass amount of offers to be completed.

I honestly do not have any experience when it comes to CPA so I don't really know what to use (or do for that matter), that's why I need you. To take care of getting the CPA set up, while I work on the client-sided aspects of the programming and callbacks required.

Your Idea + Your Knowledge + Your Investment + Your Time =Your Profit
With simple html you won't be able to get this done.Its not a small project.It could require big investment.You can use prosper 202 for free tracking and if you want you can get started with your own cpa network slowly or you can use hasoffers to get everything set up.Just pay them,add your offers,get publishers.And you're done.

A platform for a CPA network costs thousands of dollars (like $10k I checked last), or you can build it, but that will take months of daily hard-work programming the site. You could always just build a new, better affiliate network framework and sell that for thousands of dollars a piece.

I don't know about all the latest platforms, but I know DirectTrack has a fairly large security hole that can be exploited and a lot of the advertisers don't like (or don't know) about it.

The idea for this isn't just as simple. Perhaps I may have a worded my post incorrectly, however with my lack of understanding on the matter (Which was posted in the main thread) it wouldn't surprise me.

What I'm trying to do is a unique twist on a 'GPT' site. While I understand this will take awhile to get set-up properly, that's why I posted it in the JV Section. I don't have very much knowledge with the Networks or getting them out to the public. The knowledge I do have is on the structure that I wish to implement, which I haven't seen on any other Networking sites. I never stated this would be an easy project. What I don't understand is the massive cost of getting a website like this published if we are slowly writing everything out ourselves. (Call backs, etc). The goal is to not have a page that has a bunch of offers for our users, however the goal is to have a widget that contains our offers, that we will provide to our affiliates. These affiliates will place the widget on their own website, or software even. The widget will not be intruding and will only be displayed where it is told to be. The idea of this project is to allow our affiliates (Website owners, software developers) to allow their clients (Users) to take the surveys in terms for rewards on their site. Then everyone gets paid. Me ( &partner) by the Networks, the Affiliates, by us, and the user by the affiliate.

We will be working on the scripts and callbacks setup so that the Affiliates don't have to do any work besides drop our callbacks into their root folder and implement the widget wherever they please.
