I have around 10 domains with Network solutions.
But when i try to renew they are charging $37 while others charge only $9-$11.
Do you know guys why are charging 4 times of the normal rate????
I am posting my screenshot here

And when i try to contact them through support ticket.
They give automated type reply only.

Otherwise they would tell that they tried to to call me , but failed.
It will charge $5-$15 to call to their country and talk2-3 minutes.

    WTF..
Why can't they reply through email/support ticket??????
Every time giving their phone number without even replying to the question what i asked.
    Really horrible service.

They can charge anything they want, it's up to you to read the fine print or purchase through a reputable source...

    Try calling them via Skype,

But I dont think they will reduce the price for you :p
Your best option may be to transfer the domain to another registrar

when the domain is about to expire , they will offer renewal for $9.99.
My domain will expire in 2 days.
Today i used that $9.99 offer and paid them.
Now 2 hours gone, not even a notification from them .
And my domain is still showing as expires in 2 days.
Took my money and not even sending a notification that it will be renewed in some hours or 1,2 days.
I have never used such a horrible service.
    Will never repeat this mistake.
    Really Fu**ing service.

Well, that's their normal price. Try to transfer your domains out asap, if you have a chance.

Just move your domains to a decent registrar like namesilo or InternetBS and quit asking them or us why. It's their biz, their ripoff ...

    Same here :(
My initial charge for a domain was $15 the next year. It jumped to $64. It's a complete joke... avoid that company!

That's why they offer $0.50 domain names for first time.

Almost fell for that but my issue was when trying to purchase a domain, they say 0.99 but at checkout an unfamiliar 34.00 dollars appear and am like...umm, what is going on?..i guess that was a quick wrap..no domain so far.
