Network paid me; Bank says I didn't receive any payments

    Hi,

    I have a problem.

    Canadian CPA network paid me through wire transfer USD $400 in October 15. I went to the European bank and they told me they don't see any payments. My AM sent me a screenshot as a proof. Anyone ever had a similar problem?

    Damn thats crazy. If I had to bet I would place my money on the CPA network is lying.

    What CPA network is that? Have you checked their reputation first before giving quality traffic?

    Yes,I have similar problem from other platform,I was contact with my Bank Branch and then i was received my payment.
    So you also go to your Bank Branch and sent them the screenshot by printing that's your cpa network send you.
    Hope you will know where the payment is stuck.

    I don't think the CPA firm is lying. I have got paid from them before, that was 2 years ago though. I will send a PM to those who want to know the network.

    I've had wires that did not show up in our accounts in the past; we have always given the information to our bank and they have always chased it down for us.

    I would be surprised if your bank did not do the same.

    Thanks for the reply, BTB. I appreciate it.

    I hope that's similar to my case. I still didn't show to my bank the screenshot I got with some reference codes, I think I will print it out for them. I hope that will get things moving.

    Well we all know the banks want to use us , but there is no way they would not tell you if you got money transfer from somewhere.
    I would put my money that CPA is not telling the truth. Also what you can also check is the transaction account that they sent the money to. Maybe you gave them the wrong one. :(.

    I have got the payment. It was a delay. My bank is just slow, nothing else.

    That happens many a times, I still have a payment on Skrill pending since I my bank declined the transaction or didnt accepted it
    and now Skrill is waiting for the reversal so that they can credit it again.

    I Just hope I should receive that next month

    Sometimes the networks put a wrong account number, sometime it takes the bank a few hours or a few days to receive and process the swift, I think that's it's in the best interest of the network to pay you and keep you happy.
