Network (CPA, CPC & CPI) with paypal ?

Hi

I found the list above this thread very overwhelming, so i need a push in the right direction.

I want to find a network that provides CPA (especially email sign ups and zips), cost per click and cost per impression.

I have signed up to networks (paydotcom, cj, click2sell) but these are all products on commission and i don't know how to go about selling these ( 16 year old noob sorry )

Also because of my age (and to make it sooooo much easier) it NEEDS to pay by Paypal.

i agree with the networks but i dont know if you are going to have troubles because of your age. dont get me wrong. but some companies require that you are at least 18
also check hydra networks and ads4dough
they might help. not sure about if they pay paypal or not.
