How do you answer a customer with bad intentions?

So this one managed to have other 10 friends posting 1 star reviews at my fb page, and he did that because he is our competition, he owns the same kind of business.

Buy 5 start reviews, most peoples don't check the reviews page & they just read the main reviews displayed on top of your page.

It's hard to tell big clients to buy fake reviews. But that's the answer.

I like to explain it to them by saying that "you have to drown out their noise with your noise". After all, their reviews are fake too.

Also, call out the fake reviews and report them as competitors, most services will then remove them. Also, buy some 5 star reviews to drown out the noise.

Its best idea. Its a competition world, So your every step need be forwarder like others who is doing same work.
