    Hi,

I have a negative balance of $400 on my 2co account due to charge back on an intengible service and received an email from a collection agency, should I pay them or not?
    I am not in USA.

    Any help?

    Thanks

What exactly is the question? What help do you need?

It sounds like you have decided not to pay them but are seeking validation from others that it is OK.
It is up to you to decide.

Before some people tell OP not to worry and tell 2co to f off, remember that the way these companies recoup their loses is by hiking up their fees to the rest of us.

its on you, if your from a place that you dont have to worry about credit or anything then do what you like.

But good business is always paying your debt, Hell today I gave a refund to someone I didnt have too just to keep it good business turns out he good at something I needed which he offered his services at a discount to me for being so helpful. Good business.

I already made a plan to pay them, I requested an invoice from 2co team instead of paying to third party with extra fee, But more then 5-6 days passed didn't get any reply so far. Even asked again but still didn't get....

If they have passed it on to the collection agency then usually you would need to pay them and any fees.
You could just try paying the funds into the account.

yup what this guy said. Plus if they sent it to collection some time must have passed with no payment from you so they sold you debt to a collection agency, that why you bill is more on the collection agency then it initially was with 2co.
