Needed: Wikipedia Editor with an account to edit and post 1 new article (Whitehat)

I have a client who wants a Wikipedia article, but it needs some help to be from a NPOV (per their TOS).

I also do not have experience formatting for wikipedia, so I need someone with experience with their complicated CMS posting / editing system. This is all whitehat. The client has written about a two-page word article that will need some cleanup, then posting.
