I'll try to keep this as short as I can.

I was a senior in high school this year, and did not graduate. I passed all my academic classes, but I was also taking Electrical, because I go to a vocational school, and I did not pass it. I know what I am doing in the Electrical field too, but I was unable to complete my assignments because I was so depressed this year that I couldn't concentrate at all.

When it comes down to it, I am very intelligent for my age. Heck, I'm an internet marketer aren't I? :D

I do not want any type of Electrical career though, I am much more interested in doing something computer related, like Telecommunications or IT Support.

My question to you guys is this, do you think that I have to go back and spend a whole other year doing the same stuff over again, or could I just get a GED and go to a technical college to learn the trades that I am more interested in?

It'd probably be best to see what basics you need to have in order to get that.
Then get recommendations from your course counsellor or someone that would know at school.
