I have been doing offline consulting for businesses for some time. Many of them are restaurant/bars or even bars/nightclubs in assisting them with promotions, events, customer psychology, building lists, mobile, how to manage locations better and how to have employees treat customers.
I have a lot of documentation of the tips and tricks that I use, probably enough to make an entire book. I also have a top 50 tips sheet for bar owners that I have used quite a bit.
My question is: If I were to take the time to put all of my promotion advice and turn-around information for bars/clubs/restaurants together and use my 50 tip sheet as a list building enticement, is there even a market for this kind of product?
Would my target market be people who want to do what I do? Would be the actual owners? Is there any money ONLINE for my info I use offline? Any ideas are welcome.
