I have been doing offline consulting for businesses for some time. Many of them are restaurant/bars or even bars/nightclubs in assisting them with promotions, events, customer psychology, building lists, mobile, how to manage locations better and how to have employees treat customers.

I have a lot of documentation of the tips and tricks that I use, probably enough to make an entire book. I also have a top 50 tips sheet for bar owners that I have used quite a bit.

My question is: If I were to take the time to put all of my promotion advice and turn-around information for bars/clubs/restaurants together and use my 50 tip sheet as a list building enticement, is there even a market for this kind of product?

Would my target market be people who want to do what I do? Would be the actual owners? Is there any money ONLINE for my info I use offline? Any ideas are welcome.

I would think that the market is too small but who knows. It might sell in WaFo. I am interested in you consulting businesses on how employees treat customers. I would of thought this would be out of the scope of an SEO guy. I would be interested in finding out more about it.

Well I should say I came into IM after I had already been a management consultant for some time. I actually still don't make money "online" per se'. I use this site mostly for tools and tips that I take offline, face-to-face. I was just curious if I can use the stuff that I do and create income using my knowledge for an online product.

As far as knowing about employee to consumer treatment, did you have specific questions? I can try to help with what I can.
