Need your expert help, please...

I just recently bought a used car that still had some mileage left on the warranty. As they normally do, the dealer tried to sell me an extended warranty for around $1500. It was for 3 yrs. After doing some research I found the same warranty from a different authorized dealer for $960. Now, I'm trying to figure out a way to monetize this. With a difference of almost $600 I would think that there would be individuals interested in saving a chunk of change. But I'm not sure how to go about this. First, I thot I would contact the dealer and see if I could do some IM for them and take maybe $25 per customer. Or should I set up a site and offer the warranty with a click-thru to the dealer and charge them something for the contact? Or does anyone know if it is possible to find a list of names and/or emails of recent car buyers of a particular brand of car? Thanks for any and all help.

Seems like the one who is winning is charging $1500 and buying from the other guy at $950, (or less from the wholesaler). Can you position yourself somewhere in the middle. How do you get traffic doing this? Maybe PPC - Buying a new car? Dont Pay $1500 for insurance. 20% off for full coverage. www.djhkjhdsfh.com, get me?

Or take this venture offline for better results, be the middle man and take more than $25 for each customer.
