need xrumer 5 step by btep guide

hello i am looking at using xrumer5. my problem is that i am a noob i have a general knowledge on how the program works but i am still insecure with my skill. i dont want my ip banned and my post removed by those forum sites i will never visit. just incase i need to use them for a diffrent campaign. i need a guide for everything from creating accounts, posting and sticking the posts and staying anonymise. i've seen the video on the site all ready it gave me an idea but not guite detailed enough. any help would be appreciated

Xrumer comes with a pretty good set of instructions plus they have a forum for helping you, Xrumer is not easy but try it out on your own forum if you have one if not get a hosting account that offers install of a forum , blog etc and then play with xrumer to see what is working for you and what is not.
