Need Wordpress Site Coded From PSD

The site is a review site. It is somewhat complex. Each page has a different PSD, however they all keep the same basic layout. I have the PSD's already made up.

People will be able to register and review companies. The front page will show the top companies etc. You must show you are capable of doing this.

Payment will be made after completion. Had an offer of 150 who is a great coder however he is not online at the moment and I want to get started ASAP. No higher bids will be accepted.

How many pages are on this? Because if it is more than two, than the $150 quote is a definite joke.

The design is already created. It is 6-7 pages, and the pages all are relatively the same (Simple forms). The only complex area would be reviewing part of it. 150$ is fair for this.
