need wordpress help

I have links in my header and a list of the pages in my sidebar. How do I create a page for the links in the header that will not show up again in the pages list on the sidebar?

You can just edit the sidebar and take the pages out if you want to, again I have to see what we are dealing with so that I don't mislead you.
