Starting a new niche website. Domain and hosting are set up.

Looking for someone to create the website in wordpress. It needs a very nice looking theme(but i still need articles on the home-page) and some customization. Looking to pay about $15-20 as it shouldn't be too big of a project.

I have 3 sites that you can use as a reference for the design I would like.

I can upload and setup a template for you for that price but I can not take the time to design a wordpress template for you for $20 bucks and I don't really know of any designers that would do that for that price.

Best look for templates that are free (or warez) and try and find something that is close to the design you are looking for. You may be able to customize the template some to meet your needs.

Buy something like DIVI WordPress page builder and make it yourself.
