hi,i want to register a domain name. Its not available in .com it is present in .net

Should i get it in .net or look for something else and stick with .com

How much difference of impact does blahblahblah.com and blahblahblah.net have?

    regards,

I still .com is much more powerful, even though you register it with 3 words.

I think you can probably find evidence to support either argument. .com is obviously going to get the type-ins however we have not seen a huge difference between the .com and the .net domains in Google. Others may say otherwise. When in doubt buy them both.

If your project is meant as a short-term blackhat site, then go with .info because all you want are clicked traffics, and not typed in traffics. If you want to let it become like cne*t or dig*g a year down the road, then go with .com

'...It really depends on the URL.

All my websites are .com but to get them I have often had to hyphenate the name, which actually seems to make the URL more easy to read.

If you would like me to look at your URL and make a personal assessment, PM me in confidence. Obviously I will not try to steal your URL and will give you an honest appraisal.
