Hello Everyone. I just have one query I have one friend living in Asia and he made USA paypal and now paypal is asking for US phone verification- he bought virtual number but paypal says THIS number is not registered on your name. My question is HOW TO REGISTER PHONE NUMBER IN USA on YOUR NAME? Is it possible to buy through any online service?
