Need US based, different locations proxy DB or rotating system, 100 simultaneous, unlimited data

I need roughly 100 connections (different IPs) simultaneously. IPs need to stick for at least 5 minutes or so. US based, and not obviously clustered in one area.

I’ve seen a number of services but they are all quite expensive monthly.. any suggestions?

Regarding the cluster area, most residential providers offer a proxy manager that you can use to filter IPs (for one connection you can use IPs from location X and for another connection, you can use IPs from location Y).
