Why not just leave your autoblog like it is with all those pages indexed and create a sub domain for your new blog if you can't afford to buy a whole new domain.

Could use 301 redirects to send the traffic somewhere else.

It's a bit confusing. You're talking about 400 URLs and you're talking about taking one post down.

Is the traffic you're expecting from your indexed URLs in anyway related to your niche?

    If not, I wouldn't bother.
Traffic to your site looks cool.....traffic that finds what they are looking for on your site AND spend money is cooler...

As has been previously suggested, keep your present domain and the posts in the blog that has already been indexed. You can set up a new blog using a subdomain on your main domain, or simply set up a new folder.

Just make sure to use the keyword(s) for your new niche to name your new subdomain or folder.

Contact your web host provider for information on how to do this. If you can't get any help ther, most webhosts provide a control panel called cpanel.

Log into your cpanel by typing www.yourdomain.com/cpanel and enter your username and password.

Navigate to the Domains section. Click on the Adon Domains icon and fill in the blanks using your keyword or keyword phrase as your adon (subdomain) domain name. Your new subdomain will look like www.keywords.yourdomain.com

You can watch the video if you need help.

If you simply want to use a folder on your domain, example www.yourdomain.com/subdomain-name go to cpanel and navigate to File Manager and click on "New Folder Name" at the top of the page.

You can enter a new folder name here using your keyword or keyword phrase, example www.yourdomain.com/keywords

Once you have done that you can upload your new files to the new subdomain (www.keywords.yourdomain.com) or to your new folder (www.yourdomain.com/keywords)

    Hope that explanation helps
