Need urgent help with this GSC error

I am facing these two errors while indexing a video. Is there any way to resolve them. I am using Rank Math free version. I have a movie site so I am adding video schema.

for missing Thumbnail URL - provide URL to the Thumbnail image for your videos.
for missing upload data - edit the video schema, add upload data and save the changes.

I am using free version of RankMath and in pro version I will get the schema code to make changes.
