Need Urgent Assistance With CTR Needed! Experts needed and I will Pay up

I am on the native ad network called outbrain. I need to get a CTR of .5 or higher on the network. I will pay $200 per campaign that will get me that CTR. Can be any type of content (obviously white hat/viral content). I need 10 total campaigns meaning you provide the image and headline combo and the article.
