For a project I'm doing, I am going to be on the phone for 5-8 hours a day at least 5 days a week once started. This will be anywhere between 6-8000 minutes a month used...and most "unlimited" plans are not meant for anywere near that.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I thought about just stocking up on magicjacks and using them until they kicked me off, but I'd prefer something more professional.

Damn I think your ears would bleed and your brain would be fried from all the radio waves if you are seriously on the phone that much lol.

Sorry I'm not of much help. But you're looking for cell phone plans correct?

Well Blackberry has a unique plan out.
ALL incoming calls are free, so you can have the other person call you and talk as much as you want.

That is about the only thing that I think could help.

Idk, hope I was of some help.

lol I believe it will be well worth it though. I have done much worse for much less lol

And it will be mostly outbound calls...basically highly targeted telemarketing to businesses.

Can it be a cell phone? Verizonwireless has unlimited talk for 70 a month. I dont think 5-8 hours a day wouldnt be included in that.

I have a Vonage account with free calls to USA, UK and India for $9 a month But I haven't
tested their fair usage policy to see how far I could push it.

Ha I forgot about RingCentral. They have a $50/month unlimited with a 10k minute fair usage, which looks pretty good. I'll look into them some more.

If you already have a land line, Google Voice works well for me and it is FREE. Currently, there are limited accounts, but you might be able to scrounge an invite from a user or try eBay.

With Google Voice, you log into your Google Voice account, that you have set up with a valid telephone number either landline or cell phone. The telephone number you want to call is inputed and Google rings at your line and then rings the other line.

Google gives you a new number, usually in your area code that will ring or go to voice mail as directed.

I have found quality to be much better than MajicJack for calls from Colorado to Texas.

If I was you I would also get some sort of telephone headset because my arm would probably fall off and/or my ear would also.

    Hey, I use

    Code:
    http://www.uvoipit.com
The rate to US is very cheap and you can just pay as you go and use it as a calling card and there is no usage policy because well you pay and then use. For 8000 minutes its $40. I think thats good.

I've had MetroPCS before and they never put any "fair use" limits on minutes... they have plans starting at $40 for unlimited voice/text/web.
