Need Twitter follow jacker

Hey guys, I need urgently a twetter follow jacker .. A script similar with facebook like jacker .. If people will click the x on a popup on my site they should follow a twitter profile or if the visitor cllicks any element from the site to follow jack.
NOTICE: I already created my own script for this but after 6-7 followers .. when people click appears a popup with "Follow" button . So this means that twitter git it in a way!

already tried approximatively all of them and they are very old and not working properly

Haven't seen a script for this in a long time. Twitter has really gotten on their game as far as these kind of tricks go.

Seriously if someone came out with one that let you jack several social media sites at the same time (FB, Twitter, Pin etc.) that would be a killer service...I know I would buy it
