Need tool similar like proxy firewall

I need a tool similar like proxy firewall so that i can use it with my software. My software itself can add a proxy but the proxy i can add is without username and password. Now i want to add a proxy with username and password and i found a proxy firewall is perfect for my software but one bad news is it cant be install on window vista.

So anyone have any idea? Thanks
