You could help us a bit with extra info... how old is your website? when did it get penalised? is it penalised because of the links or content?

It happened after using some backlink service from a seller on bhw, the site is like 1yrs old.

All pages seems indexed. but when i try to search for keywords that i'm targeting, i see no results. It's not a google dance, because its been like this for over a month and its still not moving.
