I've been using this account since 2011(I'm hungarian), and today I received an email from paypal saying that I have to provide tax info. I'm sure I didn't reach the 200/20k mark. Is there anything I can do to not lose my money? I have around $750 in my account, never had more than this. I tried to send this amount to a different paypal address, but I refunded it because it's probably too much to send in one go.

    What can I do now?

What's that? Also, I didn't reach tax limits(both the number of transactions and the revenue are lower than the limit), is there chance that it will reset on January 1st and I can continue using my account?

Foreigners who earn taxable income in USA can apply for what is called an ITIN. If approved, they will assign you a number and you can use this when they ask for a tax ID
