Need to post to multiple MU quickly. How?

    Hey,

    I have a WP 3.0 Installation with Mu enabled. I have created 250 blogs on it and I want to quickly populate the blogs with 10-15 articles each. What is the fastest way to do that?

    I was thinking of installing wp article fetch or Multipress Lite on each of them and automagically grab and post articles! However, this is quite time consuming and I was wondering that maybe there's a faster alternative.

    Any ideas?
