So I started my channel by the end of December. Today I've got 20,000 subs and two copyright strikes. I may end up losing the channel so like a month ago I started a new one and I already partnered it with fullscreen, giving me a los of new tools and shit. The thing is in this month I just got 1000 subs from the other channel. I reuploaded the content from the first one and I'm uploading new one now, but I'm no sure about the best way to get the subs from one channel to the other. Already out annotations in all 100 vids... But it seems like its gonna be a slow work.

Any ideas or input? Appreciate it!

only thing i can think off is uploading video saying about your new channel , putting your new channel in sub box and scraping your subscribers and messaging them saying sub to my new channel ect

    1) upload a video on your old channel with 20,000 subs asking viewers to subscribe to your new channel.
    2) Create a new "Post" / Bulletin (from your feed via the old channel) asking people to subscribe to your new channel. Do this once every couple days.
    3) Every day, using your old channel, like or comment on one of your videos on the new channel. Make sure you are sharing your likes and comments so this goes to the feed and the 20,000 subs will see this action.
    4) Follow sneakbo's advice and private message the old subscribers

I think you should feel successful if even 20% of the people move over to the new channel.

I've seen one youtube celebrity forgot his name moved to his new channel, and all he did was posting a few fun videos (it's a comedy channel), and asking the old viewers to subscribe to the new. You've also already put annotation so that's already pretty good.

Surely you will lose some subscribers, they are probably already turn cold so no use in putting them back in, it's far more productive to just focus on building new audiences. I say since you've got 20k of subscribers, that's a substantial data for you to analyse and find out your niche's demography. Just focus on those, I believe it'll be easier, knowing your target better.

By putting channel in sub box you mean an annotation on the video? And I'm not familiar with scraping... can you point me to some info on that, because I know I can't pvt msg all my subs on youtube. Thanks!
