Just guessing tho, based on what I've read. Haven't actually tried it.... Which is why the question mark
I'd like someone else to weigh in on this idea, as... If it works, any site can be ranked fast and easy
Somehow I think there should be more to it than just this, tho

I belive this, yt shares,likes is the key.
Consider the viral PAPP video the video is trending because it has been shared and talking about.
So the key:
Bookmarks, views, likes.
Buy them (IN BULK)

It clearly depends on which country you want to make your video trending.
Also how long do you want it to be on trending I mean is it for Churn or burn or you are focusing on long term ranking

For long term Best is to avoid the above and focus on getting some HR views, and with quality description and tags you will be up.
Also most important Don't feed in tags with too many crappy things I have seen lots of users doing that but no its not proper you need to feed in proper tags as with that only Youtube will show videos on suggested place and everyone knows that suggested videos gets a lot of views.

I have not done "Churn and burn". I am just getting started and still trying to sort things out.
I have thus far gathered that (and I hope I'm right) one needs:
A good video (preferably with a live actor) to drive traffic to a site. I ran across some software which builds back links for a video based on keywords. I'm assuming that Scrapebox can do a good job at this. Just bought it and GSA SER for my toolkit. Thinking maybe CB and KONTENT and I should be good...though I'm still struggling with strategy.
I plan to have the basic money site up (or at least paid for) using OptimizePress and someone from Fiverr who says he can use that to put together a money site for me. As I'm rather desperate for cash, I think $100 or so seems a good deal.
I have a ton of urls, but they are mostly porn or travel related. I found out the hard way that a rockin porn site costs more to develop than I have, and competition is unreal.
Currently, I have about 200 domains and a dedicated server. or at least, I'll have the server til the end of the year.
My strategy, such as it is, is this (at this point I'm thin on cash).:
1: Take one site in a good niche and build an affiliate site around it. Not many sites to do that with, but there are a few that aren't porn or travel.
2: Create a presentation/sales video for the purpose of building interest in visiting the site.
3: Write up a short article (and try to keep it under 2,000 words or so.)
4: Scrape some KWs
5: Post the article (possibly breaking it up for short attention spans) and the video
A) Use GSA to promote / index it to relevant sites at a rate of about 1,000 sites a day, making sure to include 50-100 high DA sites in the list.
6: At some point during the week, release the video to YouTube and do promotions for it as with the article.
7: All promotions to go through StormProxies.
8: Use second video on site to warm up clients further.
9: cross fingers
That's about as far as I've gotten so far. Trouble is, I've not learned the software as yet. What I seriously need is some direction in terms of a curriculum that will proceed in an order that will be needed to learn and do. There doesn't seem to be one for either.
So I'm suffering from both information overload and ignorance at the same time. At least, that's how it feels.

Any advice?
Oh... That all goes straight to the money site, right? I'm interested in building long term here. If I knew how to grab cheap, niche related sites and just use them to pump and dump sites for $5-$10k in a few months, believe that I'd do it. I figure that anybody who buys a site for that kind of scratch will know how to continue promoting it. If not, they have more dollars than sense.

What is a YouTube Embed or PBN??
My goal here is to raise some quick cash to start putting up quality sites with probability of good quality profits so that they will have increased value when flipping time comes.
I have heard it said that it's possible to build a $50k/mo income by building, promoting and flipping sites. I've also heard it said that one can make a nice living selling ebooks (though I have no idea what a fair length for one is.)
I suppose that what I lack here is guidance on how best to approach online business... Who my suppliers should be and what my best course of action is starting out with say, $1k
Assume I have no domains and just starting out. Here are my personal interests (though for sites, I am driven more by profitability than anything else):
1: I am a musician. I play guitar (DADGAD, Open D and drop D. I despise Standard). I also play Irish flute, Native American flute, drums, didgeridoo, harmonica and bass
2: I am an amature magician studying the work of Daniel Madison. A cardition of incredible skill and infinite creativity. Yes, I belong to both I.B.M. And S.A.M., but haven't attended a meeting in ages. Too much of a "boys club" for my taste, but the magazines are good.
3: I am a Transhumanist. This means I stay on top of all the latest scientific developments in areas such as aging research and human augmentation science. Naturally, I keep my ear fairly close to the ground regarding the singularity, which I fully expect within the next five years or so.
Those not earning online are going to be in serious trouble.
4: I have been called a fairly shrewd observer of Foreign affairs by both sides of the aisle, though my interest is in a shift in foreign policy for the purpose of making it possible to make changes in domestic policy.
This is only because there is approximately $1.5 Trillion a year being squandered on what can only be called pork.
5: Lastly, I have an interest in movies. Not just watching, but the technical aspects of writing , producing and directing them.
I don't know beans about how to operate software, but I can crank out sales copy in my sleep. Probably because I spent three years traveling around the country as a pitch person (some may know what that is. For those who don't, it amounts a a cross between a carnival barker and a sales person. Think "Ginsu knife sales" and you'll understand.
Ok... So there we are.
Oh, except for one minor thing: I'm also an artist specializing in modern abstract art. I don't bother painting anything until it's finished in my head, which should tell you I'm weird. I also don't bother with anything under 24"x48", though I've an affinity for larger.

You can promote your video with YouTube Marketing,I tried with the help of white shark tutorial,its good to learn from there.
Not sure what YouTube Marketing is, but I'll look for it. My priority atm is to sort out a couple of things :
How to get fake email addresses that are good enough for possible sting with
How to get cheap aged domains to build churn and burn sites on
How to put something up quickly on those churn and burn sites
How to use churn and burn sites in an effective (but safe for the money site) manner
How to insure that visitors to a churn and burn site wind up on my money site
Naturally, there is the question of how many layers of protection is needed to protect the money site, while insuring that traffic ends up there.
Bookmarking demon looks insanely handy for a pure social networking campaign.
When I looked at Bookmarking Demon, I noticed the option for Ultimate Demon, which has more features.
I think Scrapebox is probably better for scraping sites, and It doesn't support KONTENT Machine (but A copy/paste is no big deal).
I just don't have the extra $300 or so for article builder. So we make do.
I bought Video Wave to do whiteboard videos, though I've yet to sort it out. I wanted something easy to run, as then all I need is to spend $5-$10 for a voice over. No music, of course. If I want music I can pull it into some other software I have and do it right.
Haven't found the cheap intro/outro software that's being used on Fiverr and other places, but still looking.
So that's where I am. Sorry to bombard with so many questions. I've read a lot of stuff here but a lot of it seems old and I've noticed that a lot of posts just assume that everyone knows everything.
But... Those of us who are wet behind the ears and willing to admit ignorance (as I am) appreciate all the help, advice and guidance we can get.
