Hello, I am in need of an SEO expert. Long story short, an auto dealer stole $20k from me and my lawyer is taking forever trying to get it back. What I want to do is this:

    - Buy a bunch of carefully selected domain names
    - Post an account of exactly what happened
    - SEO the heck out of it
    - Get a bunch of google places (local listings) in their market

Once this is accomplished I will show them what I've done and demand a return of my money. Once they do that I will transfer the domains to them and cease my negative SEO campaign.

Is there anyone that would be interested in helping me? I don't have a lot of money to spend since this is a personal matter and I'm chasing the money they stole from me, but make me a reasonable offer and I'll be fair. What they did isn't right and if you can help I can guarantee plenty of business from other clients I have. Thanks all!

Good luck to you - I did something similar when I was ripped off by a Chinese exporter. I had no way of taking him to court etc as he's on the other side of the world.
Instead I registered a .info using his name (he uses a western name), posted the whole sorry saga of his lies, broken promises and abusive emails on there together with pictures of the guy I trawled up online.
I warned him this was what I would do but he didn't seem to care.
Well, I backlinked that site with SENuke & pretty soon was #1 for his name in Google. I pointed him to the site but he still did nothing apart from send me more foul-mouthed emails - which I posted on the site for all his prospective customers to see.
Guess what - he came crawling to me a few months later crying about how my site was hurting his export business (people had been emailing him saying they'd found my site & felt they couldn't deal with him) & could he please pay me for my losses so that I would take the site down.
So, it can work - just be sure you don't post anything that's not true or unprovable as it sounds like you're in the US and I know how you all like to keep your lawyers in champagne over there by litigating over the smallest thing :)

Thanks for your advice, I honestly don't know what will come of it but I feel like I have to do something. The cost in legal fees to get my money back might be more than the $20k! Sadly, small claims court caps out at $3k. Anyone else with advice or experience, please also provide your thoughts - the more the better. FYI - I have about 5 different clients who need similar services. If whoever ends up doing this for me does well I can easily give you some paying clients. Thanks again all - great website and very helpful forums!

I could possibly do this for you as long as the site content was done by yourself and you paid for all the domains etc as i would not want anything to do with that.

Send me across a list of the keywords you want to rank in the top 5 to 3 for and i will give you a quote for each and a bulk quote if you were to take all of them on!

We can also keep an eye on all of the reviews and comments people post about the company on the web and direct people to the site with the negative comments on it but that would be a more premium service and we usually offer it the other way round to improve reputation rather than make it worse!

That's what I assumed, and just in case there is any confusion - I would cover all costs for domain names and I will write all of the content. Thanks for the clarification point Lewi. Can you PM me with the best way to reach you?

If you do this and get caught you will lose the law suite and can be criminally charged with extortion and face civil penalties.

I thank you for the input but I am quite sure that so long as I stick to facts that I can prove I will have broken no law.

Ok, so long as that's the case, I don't think it should be a problem.

Excellent advice - what info should I compile to expedite the process of the SEO expert?
