Need to find people by high school

I have a list of people who attend USA high schools. I have 10,000 high schools, and about 50-80 people I need to find at each school. Can anyone advise me how I can get all the ID's of these students without manually doing it? Is their a bot? Is their a program? Is their a service? Is their software that can do this for me? Thanks!
