Need to find an apartment. Going to scrape emails looking for other ideas? I need to find an apartment that will take babies and dogs. I plan on using scrapebox to scrape emails for the top 100 realtors in every city in my state. Does anyone have another suggestion? Any classifieds software out there for free right now?

Looking to blast out as much as possible.. automation is king right?

As a Realtor - I wouldn't blast emails like that because it's a little counter-intuitive also not all agents do rentals and you may get some crappy Realtors that don't know jack . Most of us share 90% of the same listings anyway when it comes to rentals - at least in larger cities like mine (Boston). I'd check craigslist, zillow, hotpads first before wasting time scraping emails.

    Just some friendly advice.

Just call a few Realtors...if they want their cut they will find what you want. Why go through all that work. Let them do the work. That is their job. I'm assuming you are from Boston...just reach out to a few top Realtors and let them go to work.

    PS - Go Sox!

Mate I couldnt agree with the others more.

Automating is king to an extent, not like that though. You'll spend more time vetting shitty real estate agents than anything.

I would contacta f ew of the best ones around and tell them what you are looking for. Maybe mass blast that message out. Then have them fill out a wufoo form on what's available and automate that way. That way the rentals that fit your criteria are submitted to you via your requirements.

Also, wanted to chime in - it's a crappy time to look for apartments as Boston is on a September 1 cycle so just keep that in mind. There's not a ton of inventory out regardless. If you want to shoot me a PM I can point you in the right direction at least.
