Need to do a one time email blast to 50k real estate agents - need bulk service with warmed up domain/server

Hi - one of our realtors just earned an incredible award and we want to honor him with an email blast to the entire chicago area realtor community. I have the complete email list. What I don't have is a warmed up domain or server to burn for this one time blast. We're not selling anything. It's more of a branding play to hopefully attract other realtors to join our firm (by bragging about this agent who won the award). Let me know what you would charge for this one-time blast. Thanks
