Not sure it can be done but it will get you banned quickly from ebay. You can only post the rover links on a site you own.

I wouldn't go the direct route with the rover, you would be better off building a blog with phpbay or WP Robot, then direct the twitter traffic by using the rss feed from your site, you'll need a bit.ly account and a twitterfeed.com account to do this automatically, and if you dig hard enough you'll find all the answers on automating twitter on here in the download section, its a tough game though not much action from twitter these days using ebay stuff,
