    Hello friends,

I'm kinda exhausted by my whitehat blog. Google Adsense says 90.507 page impressions and 161 clicks for a total of $17.55. It's not rare I see a day with 700+ page impressions and no click. Here's my current setup :

Logo + news on frontpage, users click a Read More link to go to the full article. Before the main text, there's a Google banner. After the text, there's a square ad, comments, and after comments there's a nice footer. At the right of the blog there's a skyscrapper too. All image or text except for the scrapper and footer which are only images.

I guess my readers just don't click ads. Any idea?

thats is why blackhat methods are better .

But anyway , if you are going the white way , make sure , your ads are noticeable .

Also start building more traffic , cos 700 impressions is nothing.

Here's a definite way to make money off every visitor.

Have an on-the-page (screen-fading) pop up that offers a free ebook on whatever your niche is (say it is really rare or something). Then put that file on uploading.com and instantly make 1 cent for like 85% of your visitors. You could make even more by using Linkbucks.com before the dl url, and even making a gateway with Cpalead. You could be banking off people.

The best placement for adsense which worked for me is:

-skycrapper in left or right toolbar
-leaderboard below header or above post title
-and also chitika after post or above the comment section

they worked great. Have your ads noticeable, use white or bright background, and make sure your blog not too jampacked with ads. Hope this help
