Need theme park/attractions ticket reseller site redone

Hey, we're looking to build out a site we own that is an aged domain / ticket reseller website... it has been this type of website for over 20 years, so it has a lot of link equity - but it's current UX sucks (the vendor hired last year by the client to redo it botched the job and then went AWOL) - it's a direct ticket reseller of major theme park tickets here in the US (disney, universal, legoland, seaworld, etc.) - looking for a vendor probably Philippines or outsourced overseas (in order to make it super-economical for us, as we will be reselling the work) to build it out in the style of klook.com, or something clean like that (it's current UX is crap) and also probably SEO-heist it by A.I. ripping off tons of a competitor's ticket pages / attractions pages and simply not placing purchase CTAs on pages for attractions or markets where we don't sell tickets (but still heist tons of pages to up the page count/authority of the site). If anyone can handle this, or recommends a firm that can, please let me know. Site also has to have some APIs built into it to push information to Google Things to Do Ticket ads on meta advertising.
