    Hi,
    - Take any website's data(all titles and descriptions)
    - shuffle titles
    - spin titles and spin each sentences of descriptions using any article spinner tool
    - publish in Kindle store

    Is there any issue by doing this? Please let me know.

    Thanks.
    I am flushing the titles and spinning the content. But using same images used in the description in website. I know its not the right method. Content quality depends on the web I will refer to pull data. For more clear below are my doubts;
    - Is it illegal? Is there a chance for legal suite for copy right issue by the web owner?(some website are written copyright protected at footer)
    - Is there a chance identify the kindle review team that the book content is scraped from one from website? and will the ban my account or remove my book?
    - I am planning to do the same method for more books(say around 50-100 books) at starting. So is it good to go forward?

    For more clarity giving one scenario below;
    - topic: 'how to diet to lose weight'
    - open a website related to dieting. there is a lot of steps on how to diet to lose weight with images for food items
    - taking each titles, images and descriptions of titles
    -flush titles, spin contents keeps same images
    - make book for kindle and publish

    In regards to images and content: If Amazon detects plagiarism, your account may be banned. Also, if the website owner finds the content they can send a DCMA to Amazon to take it down, same goes with images. I've heard people have been sued over images and there was a big backlash not long ago against an author who was rewriting another author's work on Amazon and she got caught and outed by readers and now the author who was stolen from is suing.--In this case, the rewriting effort was awful and it was easy to see that the content was ripped off when the books were compared side by side. Now, these were two well known authors with rabid fans who recognized the work, but it serves as a good example to not take that approach.

    I would not advise spinning the content. Instead, go for unique content or try rewriting it in your own words for good clarity, grammar and make it totally original, so the original source can't be detected. You can get images for free from many royalty-free sites for your covers, so you don't have to use other people's photos or spend money either. Last, people aren't stupid and won't throw money away on spun garbage. If you create quality books you will make sales.
