Hi guys, i am working with a site last month but can't recover it fully from Panda/Penguin penalties. I use a lot of strategy(mentioned by BHWer) but no luck. Within around ten keywords, only two~three are ranked good(within 10) which is not the main keyword.

The main problem of main three keywords are hugh amount of backlink with anchor text(keywords). My client, buy footer links from low pr bookmarking & article directory site. Which was generated around 100K backlink of main keywords. I tried couple of time to contact the owner but they didn't response. I use google disavow but didn't get any response till now.

So what should i do now ? I and my client thinking to move the website to .NET from .COM then start SEO again. So i need your suggestion about that and if we move to .NET, will it be good to redirect the main domain(.com) to .net by 301 redirect ? Advance thanks for your suggestion.

Your dot com got hit due to spammy backlinks and now you're going to 301 them to the new site? For me, it's not a good idea. I know this trick did work in the past but eventually those backlinks will bite you back.

Ok then will it be good to start from fresh one ? :( its very high keyword and i am so much worried to start it from zero. How about this, if i go for both. Stop doing .com's seo and start .net seo ? Will it be a problem because its a brand company and selling product ?

What you need to do is stop building spammy links and start building relevant links. Over time your site will come back. As well remove spam links if possible. In the future never BH a clients site just diversify the types of good links you use on their site. Anything that may be considered a risky practice probably wont last forever so be careful in the future.

honestly? I am not saying you cant recovery a website because you CAN! but sometimes......IMHO its easier and faster to rank a new one.

You don't need to throw this site away and move to a whole new one, mate. You can try recovering it - Google allows you to disallow links anyway. Probably worth your time to try recovering before you try investing time and resources onto a whole new site!

if you are already bothered with the Site's SEO and you are still thinking of 301 redirecting it, I would say "Dont do it man"...

if you are pissed off better take a old domain in your niche and start doing seo for that domain. that would be much better than what you are thinking of doing.

Also Dont forget ".net" sucks when compared with ".com"....so even if you are going to re direct at any cost...dont choose a ".net" domain for it...

To overcome Panda, you can carry the following steps
    1. create unique meta titles and descriptions for every page
    2. increase quality of content
    3. fix broken links within your site
    4. decrease site load time
