Need suggestion on what to do with 20 noob employees

    I have access to 20-50 people who have basic knowledge on computers and little internet the only way i can monitze them is for data entry works or anything to do with computer manual works

    i wanted to know what i can do with them and how to get money of them

    The money i Expect per day is $15 to start with and upto $25 not more not greedy Per person

    They will work 7 hours a day (8 hours regular job with 1 hour break for lunch )

    Probably have them find 5+ articles on a hot topic and have them rewrite it for kindle..

    make them come up with a more original version of harlem shake, video it, monetize from youtube

    also make them wear funny hats

    First thing that I have learned dealing with noob people is that, whatever you want them to do, create a process for them to follow. I usually create a flowchart and then show them a demo. I actually guide them 1-2 days and they are all set. Make them play with their critical thinking.
