Well it depends brother. What exactly are you interested in? For me, at least as overall effective tool would be Scrapebox, hands down. But it depends mate for your uses.

A really great channel on youtube called "looplinescrapebox" is a great way to start. Trust me it's a really functional program to use and master quickly. :)

I think you need a plan before you dive into buying software, or you will end up losing a lot of money.

Scrapebox is a good software because it is fairly cheap and you can do so much with it. You can start by using it to sell services and eventually learn some other powerful tactics.

As for social networking, it will be a bit harder to get started with your budget because you will need to buy accounts, proxies, and, of course, an expensive software.

That being said, make a plan! Figure out what the cost will be to implement that plan, and compare that to the expected profit you hope to make.

I would recommend to invest at least 50$ into Scrapebox

Pretty small sum for piece of software which does a lot( grabbing pages, posting, checking pr, etc )

I'd have to agree with the Scrapebox suggestion, it's quite a universal tool at this stage. For SEO, I'd have to say GSA Search Ranker and for Social/SEO my own tool (PinPioneer).

Make sure you look into the software which your going to invest in, you need to learn how to use the software if you want to make any money through using software, it's not as easy as a few double clicks and you'll be making money.
